It is so very important to incorporate an exercise routine that is apart of your everyday lifestyle. You do not have to be an experience yogi, but it is important to stretch your body. If you find that practicing yoga is not for you, you may find straight forward stretches more suitable for you. However, whatever your preference, make sure to stretch those muscles.
